Resetting Cisco Jabber is Required when Changing Login Credentials

In Cisco Jabber v.10.5, it has been noticed that if you are changing the IM&P server address, or the username and password, the login will fail until you do a reset of the application.  On a Mac, go to Jabber > Reset Jabber.  On Windows, Go to Settings (the gear icon) > File > Reset Jabber.
